Finding a new place to buy home décor is really exiting. It give news ideas and more unique pieces to your existing furniture and décor collection. Listed below are some shops worth checking out if you haven’t already.
Burrow is a modern furniture store, focused mainly on living room related pieces. From their seating options to their lighting they have a ton of grounding pieces that can really be built off of. The founders started Burrow with the mindset of building stylish and comfortable furniture in a achievable price range. Something else to note on their site is their rug inspiration and their pillow cover designs.
Jungalow is one of those shops that brightens your day. It uses color beautifully and give great inspiration on how to use color in your own home. Their wallpaper is stunning, but I would also recommend just spending some time looking at their various décor. If your sitting on a neutral couch, with a neutral rug, with white walls Jungalow might help you infuse the color and creativity your space needs.
Blue Dot is perfect for simple scandinavian modern furniture. If you are a fan of West Elm, CB2, or ABT2 this is another one to add to your shopping list. The furniture comes in beautiful color waves that compliment neutrals but also add life and personality into any space. I would highly recommend their coffee tables, chairs, and nightstands.
Industry West is mid-century modern décor that is different than some other shops. They offer a ton of inspiration through their pieces and I often look to window shop and see what I might like in the mid-century modern space. Though pricey you can find some amazing chairs, and side tables that would be a talking peice in any home design.
The prices here are super high but depending on the piece it might be worth it. They are know for pushing antiques into the modern space, and just looking around their site will give you that feeling. I love to look for inspiration and then find a cheaper alternative elsewhere, so if your in need of some amazing window shopping check them out.
If you are looking for a new rug Nordic Knots is the place to look at. Browsing through their lookbook section gives tons of inspiration on what rugs will work with different furniture. It often helps me determine what style rug is right for the space. Right now we have a trend of Persian style rugs, but sometimes that does not fit into every style. If your in need of a modern or Scandinavian rug, though pricey, this a great place to get inspiration.
If you have a dog or a cat, and you have not heard of Happy & Polly you are missing out. They make the most beautiful food and water bowls as well as different pet accessories. They are well made and will definelty elevate the typical pet product.
